In conjunction with strategically located service facilities across the county, we provide annual reports on performance repairs, thorough maintenance records and a reminder program to help you maintain and track your equipment.*
Our biomedical team consists of over 10 experienced Biomedical Technicians with responsibility for maintaining more than 2500 devices annually.
Keeping your equipment covered after the factory warranty expires and performing factory-recommended testing and maintenance is critical for quality patient care*. Our affordable service plans enable you to recognize greater return on your overall investment.
Simply send your equipment to one of our service facilities and our in-house biomedical team will take it from there. We can even provide you with a loaner device if needed**. With our premium comprehensive repair plan, the shipping cost to return your device is also included.
Timely Turnaround on Repairs
Ship us your equipment and we will repair, calibrate, clean and return it to you promptly and ready for check in. Expedited service is available through our premium comprehensive repair plan.
