LOS ANGELES — Paramedics transported 16 people with various ailments to area hospitals from an overnight music festival held in downtown Los Angeles, a fire official said Sunday.

In all, firefighters and paramedics provided medical treatment for 31 people at the fourth annual Hard Summer Music Festival held in Los Angeles State Historic Park next to the Olvera Street Plaza, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles City Fire Department.

Humphrey said none of the injuries appeared to be life- threatening.

According to KABC (Channel 7), police arrested 10 people at the concert.
