The SSCOR S3 Oropharyngeal Evacuation Tool is a flexible tube that is designed to clear a patient’s airway passage. The unique spoon-shaped tip of the S3 quickly scoops away solids or other materials, eliminating the need for the inefficient and potentially dangerous finger sweep. With easy control provided by the thumb port and slider, the large bore suction tip effectively removes fluids and other particles. The constant suction position also creates a hands-free sump when excessive fluids obscure vision during intubation. The built-in, integrated stylet allows the S3 to flex and hold the desired angle or shape, resulting in a simple, multi-functional tool that is capable of much more than existing suction tips.
